This is our chicken coop, color RED DELICIOUS! We have 4 white leghorns, two mixed breed hens and a rooster of sorts (he may not be fully functioning if you get what we mean!). We have 25, yes twenty-five, eggs in the incubator and we hope to see them out by the 20th!!!
Samantha and Ron earlier this spring at the Winslow house. Ron really went out of his way for a lot of photos. We will keep him around until the circus gets back to town.
The living area of our new home. Samantha found this great table for $20 and we took a few cuttings from our yard. She is great at making the place feel fresh and homey.
Presleigh with her fake glasses! We think she resembles her cousin Grace a little bit? She is beautiful, and a hoot to be around.
"SHOT GUN!" I know who Madilyn got there first, but I also know she did not win! Haha. Lascaux loves to travel with us and likes to sit with the whoever rides shot gun-much to Sam's detest.
UPDATE: We are doing great. I am 2nd counselor in the Elder's Quorum and school and work are going fine, Samantha is CTR 7 teacher and making the home beautiful and the kids happy, Madilyn is doing great in school and helping her sister learn to ride her bike, Presleigh and Ron love the new house and all the area to run and play. We have to say that life is good, the Lord is great and you other Bennett's need to UPDATE!

COLD in the South!
-1' in Winslow Ar! Since no one else wants to be parts of Bennett12-I am going to turn it into a recycle bin for movie ideas or dashed dreams. Nonetheless, I want you all to know we are doing great here in Arkansas. We are looking to move this spring, closer to the city, if not in the limits. Samantha has been craftying up the place. She is very creative. Madi gets baptised in 2 weeks and Presleigh is starting speech classes next week. Yeah! She is excited also. Ron-ron is mellowing out...when he is asleep. haha. He is so fun. We can't wait to see you all again, SOON! love the Bennetts holding down the root bed.

Salsa and a hot lady!
Samantha and I are up eating some black bean salsa with cabbage and spinach-laugh after you try it! yummy. Life is good in Arkansas. We woke up Sunday to find our house at a cool 35 degrees! we have a great blanket, but our stocking are lacking. We spent the day winterizing a 1650's colonial home. If it weren't for a great father in law we'd be frozen for winter. The kids are doing good, they each think they are in charge of the fireplace! It is sometimes cute, sometimes. We are excited for Jared and Paula and their 4th kiddo!!! We will be seeing you guys at Christmas! We leave the 23rd after work and should see you all Christmas Eve! Samantha is eating the salsa fast, so I am going to go...LOVE YOU Bennett's so much.

Snow! Snow! Snow!
We finally got snow here in South Hill, VA!! It's nothing compared to what you all have gotten and will continue to get. In fact, it didn't really stick. And what did stick, has already melted. The kids were SO excited! Jared and I....not so much. It was pretty and all but we only enjoyed it because of the reaction from the kids. Peter and Addy loved it. They ran outside with no coat on and just danced around and stuck out their tongues. Jay-J on the other hand was a little apprehensive at first. He was totally confused about the white stuff. He saw how excited Peter and Addy were and started laughing himself. It was cute. Here are a few pics!

East of the Bread Basket, west of the Mississippi, south of the yankees and north of Death Valley. We are ARKANSAS!
old wideo we just did not get up fast enough. The new news with us...we saw Poppy Bennett, Uncle Ben, Aunt Teresa, Uncle Kevin and their children thi last weekend! It was a great visit. We are soooooo glad we went to Dallas. We are so proud of Uncle Kevin. Worthy and then some. I must say I have some very good brother in laws.
Teresa's children are so beautiful and well behaved. They tolerated the wild Bennett', pestering Presleigh, hyper Ron-Ron and the love struck Madi. Teresa and Samantha had to have a heart to heartwith Madi-Jo about her cousin Kevin Jr. being like a brother-that quickly fixed the spell she was under.
We have been winSLOWly getting ready for cold weather and therefor it came faster than we planned. I have a lot of wood that needs to be cut and split-volunteers?! The fireplace is working great. Samantha is a pro at keeping it working efficiently. She is so wonderful and HOT!
Ron-Ron has molars coming in, Presleigh will be spending the rest of the week catching up on her missed movie/t.v. time from having been in Texas, and Madilyn was ready to just keep the playing hooky going. We sure do love and miss you all.
Presleigh figured out how to work the web camera and started taking-136 pictures of her and Madi. Here are a few.
Tell me Presleigh doesn't have Poppy Bennett's smile! Madi is short another tooth.
Ron Jr and Ron III, good thing his momma is cute.
Samantha and I. that is her room divider behind us. two doors on the edges and 2 windows cut to fit in the middle, all the windows are different sizes and it all looks great. She is great.

Pumpkin Patch
Peter had his first school field trip today! His Kindergarten class went to the Pumpkin Patch!! He was so excited all week!! I'm so glad his teacher posted pictures on her blog so that I can see and share them!! It looks like they had so much fun! Peter hasn't stopped talking about it!

We are super excited for the game tonight! Most of you probably know that Jared has completely taken over the duties of Defensive Coordinator. Addy, Jay-J and I went and had lunch with him today and he is nervous and excited! I am nervous and excited for him. I just pray that we'll win out the rest of the season. I can't believe there's only 3 more regular season games after tonight. There's a sparkle of light for the playoffs but we definitely need to win out and that means beating a team that hasn't lost since 2001. We play them the last game of the season. We'll keep y'all posted!! We love and think of you all more often than we'd like to admit. ;)
